When you book a pilot or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, company, company size, and which accounting system you use. We may also collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your request and to discuss a potential pilot with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (and your consent where applicable). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Form submissions reach us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that delivers your message to our email. Such providers process data only on our behalf. We don’t share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Web3Forms) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy of it.
